Welcome to Novora! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Novora mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by QIYAMA Labs Limited (“Novora”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Novora. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any stories, comments, or other content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Novora a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, infringing, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, harassment, explicit material that violates our content guidelines).
- Attempt to bypass payment systems, scrape content, or reverse‑engineer the Service.
- Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
In‑app purchases (including subscriptions and Coins) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store. Novora does not store full payment card details.
6. Virtual Items (Coins)
Coins are a virtual currency with no real‑world value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or refunded except as required by law. Coins may expire or be revoked in cases of fraud or violation of these Terms.
7. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Novora infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@qiyama.net with a detailed notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
